BRINGING TECHNOLOGY AND PEOPLE TOGETHER TO DELIVER A CONNECTION THAT CHANGES LIVES.

Closing the Digital Divide. Once and for All.

By delivering compelling messages and persuasive content for "trusted messengers," Brydge is helping to connect millions of Americans to the awesome power of the internet. Our proven technology platform, developed by our partners at Harmony Health, brings together all the tools needed to drive broadband adoption so ISP's and non profit organizations can close the divide, once and for all.

"The Affordable Connectivity Program is going to change people’s lives. From rural Appalachia to Brooklyn to the Black Belt. Families who have struggled to get the Internet that they need for schoolwork, telemedicine, starting a business, and so much more — will finally get connected reliably and affordably."

Changing how we approach digital equity.

Studies have shown that one of the most effective ways to improve the uptake of broadband adoption programs is to strengthen communications to target audiences using “trusted messengers.” Brydge will provide the technology, tools, and messaging to those messengers that are closest to the target audience, allowing connection at scale, along with digital literacy and training.

"Digital Navigators, individuals affiliated with trusted community organizations who are trained to help people access the Internet, use devices, and build digital skills, are critical to closing the digital divide and reducing socioeconomic inequalities by helping more people get online"

Better Health East Bay (Sutter health)

When People Come First, Better Health Follows

In 2014 Sutter Health, a not-for-profit health system in Northern California, combined three leading medical foundations in its Oakland, CA region into a new philanthropic entity called "Better Health East Bay.” We helped launch this new brand to an audience with virtually zero brand awareness to raise awareness with prospective partners that shared BHEB’s vision for transforming healthcare, particularly among under-served communities. Our work was recognized with the Ad Age/Healthcare Marketing Video Campaign of the Year.

Internet Essentials

The Power of Connection

Our team worked for almost a decade to help tell the story of Comcast's Internet Essentials program. During that time, the program has grown to provide nearly 10 million under-served Americans with an internet connection at home. We developed messaging, creative materials, supported research and outreach efforts for the program, and our work for Comcast's "Lift Zones" was recognized with the People's Choice Award at the 2022 SxSW Innovation Awards.

California Methamphetamine Initiative

Me Not Meth

When the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs launched a comprehensive branding and advertising to prevent and reduce meth use among White, Latino and African-American gay men, among whom meth use had reached epidemic proportions, members of our team worked to develop a campaign that led to dramatic shifts in awareness and behavior. Among the target audience, those who said they would not use meth in the future went from 74% pre-campaign to 86% post-campaign. Those who saw the ads were three times more likely to say that meth is highly addictive (11% pre vs 32% post).
